To make sure our employees have the same understanding of the Code of Conduct, new joiners follow an e-learning programme as part of the onboarding process. The training is currently only available for white-collars. In 2022, 72% of new joiners completed the Code of Conduct. There were no incidents of non-compliance.

We expect our suppliers to sign our Supplier Code of Conduct. In 2022, 55% of our suppliers have signed (spend-based). In 2023, we have started a due diligence process to proactively assess potential risks relating to respecting human rights in our supply chain.

Cisuflo

Deceuninck stands for innovation in profile and material. Circularity is of highest importance to us, which leads to sustainable partnerships. One of these is our participation in the Circular Sustainable Floorings project, CISUFLO, which is funded by the EU within the scope of the Horizon 2020 program. Within this partnership, Deceuninck is investigating how PVC recyclate waste streams from the flooring (C-Vynil) can be used within the existing and new innovative products in the Deceuninck product range. In this way, CISUFLO will establish new synergies with other linked sectors and providing policymakers with useful inputs for standardization and legislation.
