New 120M€ Sustainability Linked Loan Facility
Hooglede-Gits, 7 December 2022 – Deceuninck announces today it has concluded a new Sustainability Linked Revolving Credit Facility with KBC Bank NV for an amount of EUR 120.000.000. This Credit Facility has a tenor of 5 years with two extension options of one year and will be used for general corporate purposes including the refinancing of certain existing debt and further investments in sustainability.
The pricing of the Credit Facility will be linked to the performance of Deceuninck Group on three Sustainability Key Performance Indicators: 1) reduction of scope 1 and 2 Green House Gas emissions,
2) increase of the output volume of material recycled in the recycling plant in Diksmuide and 3) improvement of a Work Safety indicator.
